    Of course clubs had the chance to change all this, when they voted a few years back on changing the 11-1 voting rules; they decided to stay the same (the shame of it being my club with the deciding vote ).

    But then again, if Celtic are serious about the lack of competition in Scotland, then perhaps the onus (sp?) is on them to help in addressing that problem.

    Something needs to be done though.
