A couple of interesting points being brought up there Ian.

And you're correct with all of them.

The biggest issue that needs addressing is the mahoosive size difference in budgets between Celtic and the rest of Scotland.

Its been said before, and it'll be said again (in countless years to come), but equal distribution of TV money, league sponsorship and even gate money would do a great deal to address the issue.

Of course clubs had the chance to change all this, when they voted a few years back on changing the 11-1 voting rules; they decided to stay the same (the shame of it being my club with the deciding vote ).

But then again, if Celtic are serious about the lack of competition in Scotland, then perhaps the onus (sp?) is on them to help in addressing that problem.

Something needs to be done though.
