Swaledale you obviously know everything but here is someone who is at least as in the know as you,

    McClaren

It’s almost a year to the day that Derby lost at Wembley to a late Bobby Zamora strike. One year on and Derby County are looking for a new Head Coach.

In many ways, it’s surprising that it has ended like this. For months it looked more likely than not that it would be McClaren that jumped ship, instead he was pushed.

Like an annoying wasp being swatted away in a beer garden on a summers day speculation over McClaren’s future just wouldn’t go away. If it wasn’t Newcastle then it was Sunderland. And if it wasn’t Sunderland then it was West Ham. Whichever club it was, there was always talk around McClaren.

“Pure speculation” were McClaren’s words when questions over his future arose. A non dismissal comment which didn’t sit well with fans. Perhaps he liked the flirtation. Perhaps he enjoyed the talk, being spoken about by the writers on Fleet Street. Perhaps he’d missed it

    From Owen Bradley BTW.

And as for the liar bit, saying there has been no contact and then admitting you had previously been offered the job, is a lie.

My sacking reasons, Swaledale, you find questionable and just assumptions.

Well maybe then I should assume different reasons...maybe he's gone because he was using the wrong clip board, maybe he hadn't been authorised to use those headphones, maybe he'd been warned about sitting in the stands, maybe he had parked his car in the wrong space in the car park, maybe he'd taken 5 mins extra on his lunch break, maybe he'd used the office phone for making personal calls

Or maybe I could ASSUME if he'd sorted the defence, bought better signings, had a proper plan b, stamped authority on his loyalty etc etc etc hed still be the manager of Derby County

or could it of been there's only so many times your allowed to be late into the office before disciplinary action is taken!!!!

Angry So you think Lambert is boring do you well he was at Norwich 2 seasons in his first seaon he went up as champions of Div1 scoring 91 goals and in his second he went up as champions of the Championship resigning to go to Villa and leaving Norwich 12th in the Prem only for Chris Hughton to get them relegated I will take a boring successful manager anytime
