    re: Really excited

At the Oxford game we hardly used the direct tactic I just wonder if this was utilised as a way of getting the service to Rhodes as we had no pace in the side or creativity
touching slightly on what saxo said I feel as a team we will probably/hopefully benefit more from not having Rhodes anymore and utilising pace to counter with
the front 2 of watt and Jackson had plenty of pace that along with the Bennett Marshall partnership there is plenty of Danger for opposing teams
You watch now we will play nothing like against Boro now.

But, Robin, if the long-ball tactic was used "as a way of getting the service to Rhodes", it was hopelessly misguided, as he has never been good at making use of long, direct or diagonal crosses. The team that Lambert inherited was not brilliant, but there was absolutely no need to switch to such a direct style. That clearly didn't suit the other players, either - let alone Rhodes!

This is true aucks but we used this with a big lad alongside him now we have 2 players with pace and 2 big lads I think we will be able to mix it up more instead of a repetitive hoof it long style.
