    This is what you get when you have a suga daddy owner. Back when people were moaning at our previous owners posters like Ramondo and I did want people.

    The money and potential are a possible positive as long as the club is used to finance its capability behind the scenes. I don't beleive this is happening here.

    The pay off is a club can lose identity and some of the we are in it together with the fans. Back in the days of fun financial difficulties it was like all pitching in. But now it's almost like what people pay to get in doesn't count. It does but you can get that impression.

    When a single player costs all the season ticket money coming in it's like having a tiny inconsiquential share. And people then want the owner to put the money up and shut up so they feel they have a say. Which of course is ridiculous as why would someone put as much as Mel in and not want a say or to protect his investment.

    do you remember seeing him at the bbg otr with his helper .i used to see him before most home games .a lovely chap would always talk to anyone who wanted a conversation my dad remembers him playing !!

    what a fantastic servant to the club he went blind after heading the old ball so often . today,s fairies would roll around like a 5 year old in a strop if they had to play with a ball like that .the laces on the ball would cause deep lacerations as well
