Well it does make you wonder. What other club in our position would be even contemplating new signings until they make the most important decision this club has had to make in years..... appointing a top quality manager.

See we are being linked with a move for Grant Hanley of Blackburn now there is a lad who can defend as hard as nails. Would not mind his defensive partner Duffy neither

He's got a head bigger than the elephant man, he won't miss much in the air that's a fact, known as being a bit of thug too. Remember him having a scrap with one of his own players! He does give his all though!!!

Trouble is VDLH, the last manager this club appointed that proved to be exactly what was asked for was Arthur. I take TBE out of that as I think we were all very much surprised how much he over performed.

Before the obnoxious one jumps in on this comment, yes Nigel was the right appointment at the time for where we were. It was where he took us, or didn't, that was the problem.

Nigel was NOT the right appointment, whilst he was in charge Norwich went down to league 1 and back up to the prem!

As for not signing players until we have a new manager, since when recently has the manager had a say about the players signed?? Clement had a number imposed on him (if not all recent signings) can't see thats going to change in the Head Coach scenario that we currently have.
