    We will never know Rambam or it seems will we ever learn the full truth surrounding his dismissal . Wassall is lacking in areas but some of the play and players became more expressive under his tenure.

    I agree. It seemed to happen after Redknapp was appointed, which is similar to how his sides used to play. Think he definitely had an effect in that respect. Wassall though I don't see fit to be a Championship manager any time soon on his own.

    Rambam. Good analysis bit rough on Thorne though " struggle to remember a.game he dominated". Well you clearly never went Bristol h gave the best midfield performance I think I've been in the Champs and I've seen a lot Unfortunately his injury record means we would never get anywhere near £5 million for him Just remind your fester mate e got Martin on a free how much did they pay for Woods

    Wassall - I'm just gonna come out and say it.

    I really find him easy to dislike. In fact the only time I could bear to hear more than 30 seconds of an interview was straight after Tuesday's game. Thinks he's the dog's ****! I will say I've preferred our style of football at times under his management than Clement's, which was like watching paint dry. But in the last part of the season you really didn't know which team was going to turn up. A "high" win ratio maybe, but we played scintillating football one game and utter dross the next. What we need is a manager to come in and get to the bottom of why we were so inconsistent. We've got the players, they can obviously play the fast, flashy football because they've shown it, but we need it consistently!

    You're a hard man RBF. Don't disagree completely but...
    ...giving Grant just two - and 60% less than Carson - is ridiculous imo. Yes Grant has made some high profile errors but he's a very good reserve keeper and it's not as if Carson has been faultless as was evident last weekend.
    Hanson 2...really, really harsh. He's a kid who's making his way. When played in the right position he's done okay (5) but he's been played horribly out of position most of the time...not his fault.
    Weimann 2! I know you've never liked him and I agree he hasn't justified the fee but...scored against Brighton, was our most threatening forward against Hull on Tuesday, in fact I think we'd have won had he stayed on, and another one who has suffered from being told to play a role that he isn't suited to, same with Blackman.
    Wassall 2...just absurd. I'll agree he's made mistakes...so did Klopp and Pellegrini at times this season. I'll agree we need someone more experienced, but to give a novice manager who ha

    [quote="RamBamFan"]Goalkeepers

    Scott Carson - 8 - Out did my initial expectations at the start of the season. Proved to be a solid, dependable 'keeper. Commands the defence well and deals with crosses effortlessly. Especially in comparison to Grant, which leads me on to...

    Lee Grant - 2 - During the short period that he was in goal, I don't think I've ever felt so on edge. Two seasons ago he was dependable but seemed to make our defence look so much more fragile. Made three high profile errors this season in a handful of games. Sums it up really.

    Jonathan Mitchell - N/A - Played one game this season. Didn't see it but apparently his distribution was awful. All I can really say. Wouldn't be surprised if he got released in the summer but it would be a shame because he looks a good, cheap third choice.

    Right Backs

    Cyrus Christie - 9 - Most improved player, without a doubt. Seems so much more confident that last year and no where near as defensively
