Riley, I hadn't realised Kempo thought I abused him or that I am (was) Ridgeway Kid and Wendun (?). Amanda keeps calling me Paddy for some reason.
I actually enjoy Kempo's posts and think he's OK.
Let's get something straight. My attitude to TS is well known but it is fuelled in part by what I see as an overwhelmingly grovelling attitude towards him by the vast majority on here. His property company has built a shiny palace for you all to spend your money in and he can now apparently do no wrong.
Right. I have stated many times that imo the role of a football chairman is two-fold. Firstly, to select the manager. Again imo TS has got this wrong as often as he gets it right. Secondly, to ensure the club is adequately financed. I think here he's failed. Now I know we can't compete etc etc but that's not the issue. A look at the accounts of Championship teams shows that most invest around 100% of turnover in wages. RUFC invested only £4.8m from a turnover of £11m.
Finally, TS mentions moving the club forward but where is the plan? What is his proposed mechanism? Where is the money going to come from?
I believe that you can be a Miller and still view the chairman with a bit of cynical realism which is not in any way the same as hostility.

Think I've only called you Paddy once under your current user name? You've had that many you may have forgot when you were paddymiller, I miss that one I think it was when you were at your funniest. Not really that hard to tell as post the same stuff all the time, as time goes on you gradually get more insulting and end up being banned, set up a new account and the process starts again. Kempo the only person who posts with the hope of getting a response then when he gets the response that the post deserves he then claims the comments are derogatory or he's been abused.
