We do need a huge cash injection but it ain't going to happen any time soon, if ever. What could happen is a re*****isation of the club, a complete overhaul of the way we go about our business, rather than half-hearted, belated attempts and a reconnection between the club and the fans, especially through more open and honest dialogue.

We've gone stale since we reached the Championship, try something different, make things happen, employ a Sports Psychologist to get into the minds of the passionless and the unmotivated; make use of professional recruitment agencies to identify possible candidates rather than waiting for a phone call from the unemployed or the unemployable; look at injecting some new faces, new ideas on to the Board of Directors... Think outside the box.

The Board needs to lock itself away for 48 hours and troubleshoot the whole set up, open their minds, look at alternative ways of doing things, invite some renowned professionals to give their insight... Whatever, but do something. Stop thinking 'our way is the right way'. It clearly isn't (at least not for the football club!).

Highly likely as he's surrounded by employees and junior family members who would be very reluctant to question his judgement or decision-making. Whether that's deliberate policy or the inevitable outcome of his appointments is difficult to say but new blood, new input and alternative viewpoints are needed urgently (but that's from a fan's perspective, I'm sure it's not TS's thinking!).

Two promotions and retention in the championship and two good wins to get us back on track..... yeh he almost destroyed the club..... hate to say it Monty but you're in the lead with idiot post of the day pal....

I'm afraid to say it IS absolutely ridiculous to state that Evans almost destroyed the club. I can only assume it was typed with a smile on your face!
