The game has always been about two major things a team does...:

    1...With the ball.

    2...Without the Ball.

The seamless way any team can move between these two "systems" is essential. Keeping the ball helps....but making this transition slowly - attacking slowly .....( Smallwood last season ) .....allows the opposition to reform their defensive lines and therefore difficult to break down.

    The games turning into basketball...lol!

No one can doubt Warney's enthusiasm and, for that reason alone, I hope he's successful.
Time will tell........if he's given any that is.

    A busy fool....is a good phrase....

Football is just a game but a knowledge based game....but sadly money talks !

For those of you on here under 60 years old I recommend you watch the 1966 World Cup games , fantastic football and no fancy diets and formations .
In the 1966 World Cup Ramsay famously introduced 4 3 3 and then 4 4 2, which were fancy formations at that time. He didn't play the common 5 man forward line. He didn't play with wingers - hence "wingless wonders"

It's a crying shame but judging by the posts on here already, he's already being unfairly judged by the glass empty brigade on here.

lbj and a few more seem to want Warne to fail which I find sad if they really are Millers supporters.
Takes all sorts I suppose 😕

Same old. Some saying the negative brigade are out again but really?

Warney's sidekick Barker gets rid of Smallwood who has a proven track record and would do well in L1 and replaces him with a 32 year old has been that cannot persuade MK Dons to re sign him.

The club is in trouble but yea of wonderful and blind faith keep at it.
