Any young player who comes through our academy and into the first team and struggles or makes mistakes in games is cut a hell of a lot of slack by the fans .

It's virtually off limits to criticise them .

Don't get me wrong if we've paid money for somebody and he's not consistently performing then that's different .

Yeah you're probably right Yak.
Good old gwru (I'm right more than I'm wrong) kept banging on about getting Yates into the team last season but now all he does is criticise him and says he's not good enough.
