3 wins in the last 23 Premiership games. The rot set in at the final 12 games last season and as thus far continued. There aint no solutions mate with the current set up. All managers ultimately succumb to familiarity and decline. Pulis is no different.

Without doubt it’s obvious that things are just not working at the moment in every department. Individuals form poor, and collectively be it defence, attack but as I stated earlier particularly in midfield
Does anyone seriously think TP wants us to play such tripe deliberately?
We are not in the relegation zone but we are in relegation form.
This is a major test for TP, and in my opinion his vast experience should not be overlooked in allowing him some more time. I would say until Xmas, or before next transfer window starts.
If the performances don’t improve then he has to be replaced.
Our problems are solvable, let remember that, as far as I know the season ends May next year.
The only way to improve our current situation is for Pulis to change his attitude which won't happen or sack him, everybody but him can see the midfield 3 isn't working and 1 of them needs to be benched my choice would be Livermore, i would replace him with either Phillips or Burke i would also switch to a flat back 4 and bring Chadli in straight away you would have more pace and creativity in the team, after the next 2 games we will be in the bottom 3 i would sack him now get the new manager in so he could have effectively a free hit in the next 2 games as we don't expect to get any points anyway.

Would Claudio Yacob have allowed Boufal to run through us and score that so called wonder goal. Equally yesterday would he have switched off like Livermore did and allow ex dog head to turn and pick out the far corner?
So lets get back to basics again
    Play 4 4 1 1 system
OUT Livermore ( gardening leave for him until he get himself together)
OUT Krychowiak ( Skill he may have but he can’t take the intensity of our league or our defensive style)
OUT Hegazi I Really like him but Centre pairing of Mac and Evans works at club and Country
    IN Claudio Yacob
IN Chris Brunt – boy have we missed his delivery at set pieces
    IN Phillips

Change – Evans showed no leadership material yesterday. Barry on the other hand did and you could see his frustration
    So its
    Foster
    Nyom, McAuley, Evans, Gibbs
    Brunt, Barry, Yacob, Phillips
    Morrison or Chadli or Rodriguez
    Rondon or HRK
Maybe we can once again be a threat at set pieces, get out of our own half, and protect our back four.
A decent assessment and proposal liquid buddy.
Perversely, we now maybe need the Pulis relegation avoidance methodology !

Solution without sacking the manager: I've been thinking about it. Deportation was the kindest thought I had.

To me it looks as if we are going to have to find a solution without sacking the manager as, from various reports seem to imply, the board have no intention of sacking Pulis. What I am amazed at is the fact that he is still persisting with his tactics. It appears to everybody else that the defensive midfield trio is not working and that his negative approach is failing game after game. Why can't he see it? The only way that we will get out of this dire situation without sacking him is a complete change of approach. Sadly, I don't see this happening as it is in his DNA to set up not to concede goals, which we invariably do.

If this is indeed the way it is going to be the team should only be playing before empty seats. It's the only way to wake up our small minded officials.
