Solutions - Without sacking the manager

IMO the issue is our midfield.
Would Claudio Yacob have allowed Boufal to run through us and score that so called wonder goal. Equally yesterday would he have switched off like Livermore did and allow ex dog head to turn and pick out the far corner?
So lets get back to basics again
    Play 4 4 1 1 system
OUT Livermore ( gardening leave for him until he get himself together)
OUT Krychowiak ( Skill he may have but he can’t take the intensity of our league or our defensive style)
OUT Hegazi I Really like him but Centre pairing of Mac and Evans works at club and Country
    IN Claudio Yacob
IN Chris Brunt – boy have we missed his delivery at set pieces
    IN Phillips

Change – Evans showed no leadership material yesterday. Barry on the other hand did and you could see his frustration
    So its
    Foster
    Nyom, McAuley, Evans, Gibbs
    Brunt, Barry, Yacob, Phillips
    Morrison or Chadli or Rodriguez
    Rondon or HRK
Maybe we can once again be a threat at set pieces, get out of our own half, and protect our back four.

    3,5,2 or 3,5,1,1
Without playing full backs which he has been doing so he turned us into a 5,3,2

    Foster
    Gmac, Hegazi, Evans
    Phillips,Barry,Yacob,Greg, Brunt
    Chadli
Pick one of a bad bunch up front.

I gave the guy the benefit of the doubt as you can't argue with points on the table regardless of what's served up. The team selection yesterday was shocking and to say that waste of space Livermore is a future captain - well that's it for me! Yes time for a change but who? Then again, on recent performances, some could rightly say - we can't do any feckin worse! Don't get it - Chadli looked good against Leicester then dropped to the bench again for a team worse than Leicester!!! Brunt and Phillips also benched so where was the creativity or will to win.............

Next two games will decide the fate but still say the only thing that matters for Lai and Williams is staying in the premiership so will they stick or twist?

I think there's more to the Brunt, Phillips, Chadli thing than just football. I have no evidence of course just opinion. Also think Fletcher going was more about Pulis than money.
The thing I could never understand is how people were believing that when he got his own players he would play football. He never has and never will.

It'll be interesting to see Leko,Field and Roberts starting in the Championship with Brunt and Morrison next season.

Why bother considering new formations...just a waste of time as he's had so many chances.

I never thought i could dislike any Albion manager more than Mowbray, but at least we played good football under him.

From the responses to my post thus far its clear nobody wants to contemplate anything other than sacking the manager. I can see why to be honest with so little to cheer about.
Without doubt it’s obvious that things are just not working at the moment in every department. Individuals form poor, and collectively be it defence, attack but as I stated earlier particularly in midfield
Does anyone seriously think TP wants us to play such tripe deliberately?
We are not in the relegation zone but we are in relegation form.
This is a major test for TP, and in my opinion his vast experience should not be overlooked in allowing him some more time. I would say until Xmas, or before next transfer window starts.
If the performances don’t improve then he has to be replaced.
Our problems are solvable, let remember that, as far as I know the season ends May next year.

3 wins in the last 23 Premiership games. The rot set in at the final 12 games last season and as thus far continued. There aint no solutions mate with the current set up. All managers ultimately succumb to familiarity and decline. Pulis is no different.
