Apparently they want a "high profile manager", Dyche and Benitez have been mentioned, but why would they go there?

West Ham get almost 3 times the average home gate of Burnley and I guess prices would be higher in London.
They get a ridiculously generous deal on the stadium. 2.5 million in rent on a stadium which cost at least 272 million to convert for footy, this includes almost all the running costs of the stadium. Per Kerr - we pay 1.1 million a year rent.

Isn't the government looking into the deal again with a view to raising the rent?

I hope Dyche doesn't go there! He'd not last two seasons. On the other hand if he was to go anywhere then Everton wouldn't be too bad a move for him.
