We don’t carry any threat upfront and lack quality and guile.

Worked hard again, but should have gone in 1 up at half time, second half they were better.

Who do we play upfront? They are all shyte

Said it in the match thread Smith won’t get more than 5 all season but Warne is desperate to prove he is a class striker. With a bit of luck Barcelona scouts have noticed his goal scoring prowess and will make Warne an offer he can’t refuse

The problem is he we aint got a forrud at the club who can hit a barn door hence we we will go down. Defence and midfield are better but if you dont score goals ar best you can hope for is 0-0 draw.

Blackman made some good saves but how many times did he boot the ball out to encourage them to waste even more time.

I am seriously concerned that we wont score more than 20 odd goals this season. That waint keep us up.

I dont know what we can do. Maybe hoof ball and pile balls into the box is our only way of doing it.

Now the pigs have gained 6 points on us it will only be 2 or 3 games before we are below them.

Never look like scoring or even creating for that matter. We need to get Sadlier back in the team who has a decent end product.

    Dissapointed. Very.

Didn't deserve to lose be fair but deffo didn't deserve to win.

Don't understand we have Miller on one wing and that lad from brentford on the other. (who turning out to be good)

But we could off played till Christmas and still not scored.

Hurst did nothing tonight like the rest off the strikers but its s bit harsh to judge him from 30 mins.

Start Hurst and vassell up front next game.

    Can't be no worse.

But how many crosses do either winger get in.Miller comes inside, beats 2 or 3 then loses it.He should concentrate on beating the full back and crossing it.Lapado and Hirst are poachers, and Smith is good in the air, none of them are getting the service they need.

Looking bad for us tonight, with 5 teams below us, one Notts Forest on goal difference.
Out of the 5 teams below, Wycombe & Nottingham Forest got three points tonight, Coventry lost, Derby lost, Sheffield Wednesday got 3 points last night.
Be it Preston won 3-0 tonight at Reading, ( Preston missed a penalty ), Preston visitors to the NYS on Saturday.
Our forwards need to get their shooting boots on, plus Warne has to play 2 upfront, even do a Do or Die approach away with 2 forwards, if we are destined to go down, lets go down fighting.Flooding midfield is not working.
Barker has a former forward needs to get his strikers on the training pitch, & coach the goal scoring into their system.

Barker is coaching them. It's a week long course, they start to turn on Monday and finish it on Friday.

One thing for sure it ain’t Smith 😡
