    Think there was confusion at the time of who calls the game off,a few clubs took it on themselves to call them off and it had to go through EFL…I seem to remember Sunderland sought to clarify postion at the ttime and then promptly called of four games themselves…to be fair they probably did need a fine system in place,but I think a suspended fine given the nature of what we was dealing with might have been more appropriate and sympathetic approach…which Bolton got when they didn”t play games not COVID related but on health and wel being grounds,which has now elapsed without being enforced…

    Yep that’s probably about right but still EFL need to be consistent with their rules
