    LOL - I recall many moons ago doing a night shift at this time of year when the clocks changed, young lad, off the morning shift, wanders in at 4am - silly sod had put his clocks forward - in fairness he brewed up for everyone.

    Its different because George Bush signed it into law when he was President. Spring forward is the 2nd Sunday in March so it is 3 weeks earlier than everyone. Fall back is 1 week later. Total 4 weeks. The reason is for energy savings as lights will be switched on later. Sporting events lights will also need to be switched on later. Farmers can do extra work for longer.

    Strange but true but Spanish times are out of sync due to Franco changing their clocks to match Germany’s
