The clocks going back mean it’s pretty dark pretty quick - I miss the summer nights already.

Me and Mr Wortley are doing OK. Thanks for asking Hopey.

Mind you we are starting to look like pin cushions. We have both just had our annual flu jabs, Mr Wortley has had part 1 of his shingles jab and previous to that a blood test at the surgery and his immunoglobin at the hospital. Poor bugger has to get his booster covid jab followed by shingles part 2. I am slightly luckier I just have a blood test to come next week and my covid booster at the end of the month. Ahh the joys of getting old.

Good stuff - sounds like you should be well prepared for the Winter though - even if a little perforated 🙃.

I hear you on the joys of getting old - I am trying to do 15 mins of stretching every day to combat aches and pains all over - it works when I remember to do it but easy to forget.
