Khaled has stuck to his word.
He’s stood up in front of a pub full of fans and faced questions when:
A section of the ground has been closed.
We are in the relegation zone.
The manager has just been sacked.

It’s a brave fella that can carry out a face to face such as that.
IMO - it’s totally unfair that he should receive any kind of negativity.

Are you happy to have been moved from the west stand YN? Weren't you up in arms about it on another thread? How can you think there shouldn't be any negativity when the bloke has told you another made up story as to why it was closed? We all know it was for the money being made by moving stewards from the west stand to the away end so more £36 tickets could be sold to more united fans. No other reason than that. Anything else is just smoke and mirrors.

Summary of where we are now (IMO).

I love the West Stand - but it is not fit for purpose so should be replaced.
I’m not bothered what reasons the owners give about closing it - it needs pulling down and replacing.
And this is from someone who has been in that stand for decades.

Schopp - a good manager with a good track record.
    But a disaster at Barnsley.
    Why ?
You only have to look at circumstances working against him at Barnsley - eg. the club’s inability to recruit the right players in the summer - he couldn’t bring his own staff with him - and - although it hasn’t had much air play on here -!the most important disclosure over the last week or two is that he was told NOT to use the tactics from last season.
That implies the directors are influencing team tactics.
    That’s a receipt for disaster!!!
And IMO something the supporters should be making more fuss about.

So looking at what happened to Schopp - the question has to be asked now - which other manager would have succeeded???
    IMO - no one.
And which decent manager is going to touch Barnsley with a barge pole right now ???

Reading what Khaled has said - regarding Schopp not able to bring his own staff in -then the pendulum has probably swung in favour of appointing a British HC.
I think during the Q&A Khaled has dodged a couple of bullets (eg the £750k question) but whether you agree or not with what he says - he has been bold enough to stand up and face questions from supporters.
And in my book that means the fella should be shown some respect.
