How do you feel about female vicars and gay marriages in your local church and the shifting of the rules to suit modern day?

If the Bible was updated officially by the Church of England how much of the original text would be included? (hyperthetically of course)

I was talking to my sister who also went to church until she was about 16 and she reckons that it's mad to believe in religion now days,when I pointed out that I've seen a Bible in her house she said that she used to read it every now and again but not religiously and I'm still not sure if she was cracking a gag or not?
