Totally agree Matt. The boring bollox Val served up has turned our away supporters to rip out out seats - throw smoke bombs and today fight each other! I am going to Hull for the beer - f uck the football has Val ruined that but it will still be a good day out! Reading that it’s Livermore’s first game back takes the shine off this but hey ho!

Lai out - Lai to f uck himself - Lai to do one!

What's also clear is that you the fans and club haven't the foggiest about Val and now you'll never know .

He didn't hit the ground running at Oakwell either .

In January last year we were nervously looking over our shoulders in mid table with 7 or 8 points to spare from the bottom three .

He found the winning formula in February when we won 9 straight championship games and pyssed the top 6 with 8 points to spare .

Your a joke of a club if the truth be told and its a pity some baggies endorse it .

Maybe it’s because our expectations are a lot higher than a grim northern town famous for coal mines!

    The jokes on you.

You’re a total nonentity of a club, you’ve spent well over a 100 years achieving virtually zero.

You’re a fourth division club who are grateful to cling on to division two.

We are a shambles at present but thankfully we have a proud history and a decent Premier League attendance over the last 20 years.

You’re a little club with a little mentality which is what makes you so obviously bitter.

Which is rather a sad comment coming from an equally grim but proud part of the West Midlands and a once great manufacturing area .

Your expectations and reality are too different things fella , I've old enough to have seen you struggle your tyts off at this level and gates down to below 10k and even drop in to league one .

Bigger clubs than you have done so too .

You'll get what the football gods decide but don't expect a PL return anytime soon whilst you continue to be the joke that you currently are .

Luton beat you comfortably on the smallest budget in the championship .

Let that sink in where reality has you currently .

The effects of Valball will take time to clear but hey I’m not expecting a return to the Premiership as there’s no quality in the squad.

I am content with watching championship football played on the floor and decent days out ie Hull coming up where the football is secondary with a beer fuelled day!

I couldn't now give a feck how you enjoy your Saturday afternoon to be honest .

You brought mining in to your view to put my club and fans down .

12 months without pay we did to fight the Thatcher government and stood up .

I didn't see anyone in the West Midlands with those kind of minerals .

I'll leave it at that .

Yeah......you were the only area to suffer in the 80’s of course.

Try telling that to the thousands of local steel workers who lost their jobs around here and on who’s site The Merry Hill Shopping Centre was built!

Tell it to all the engineers, some of whom post on here who saw their factories go to the wall.

You need to move on like we had to around here........she’s dead you know, you can’t kill her and bury her twice!

Come on fellas, we’re all suffering football-wise at the moment and the root cause of the unhappiness at both our clubs is the same, the wretched chinaman. I suspect that VI regrets his decision to leave Barnsley to work for the runt but we all make mistakes at times. I wish Val all the best for the future; yes, the football became dismal but I don’t doubt that there is a malaise running through WBA from top to bottom and it’s all down to Lai. We’ve had some good chats with our friends at Barnsley, can we please keep it that way? We shouldn’t be let that horrible little runt turn us against one another.

I was installing the Telephone system at Saltley and refused to cross the picket and we stood side by side with the miners, as did a lot of other trades.
All my Dad's family worked down the Pitt.
