That's a far better looking team for an away match. Two proper centre halves, three proper midfielders with energy, two strikers with height strength and a bit of pace in Mitchell.
Probably a bit more basic but on paper that looks a hard to beat team.

Why not 433 with Richardson as a straight out winger.

The strengths of Kairo Mitchell are open to debate and today is an opportunity for him, but I must say, I look at the rest of the team and I think those players would be sought after by most other National League teams if they were available. Several would probably be taken by League Two teams as well. There should be enough there to give Dagenham & Redbridge plenty of problems if they're deployed correctly.
