Everybody is for sale, at reduced prices, come and grab a bargain or two!!. 😬
maybe Acido at some point ? They accept most fans are against them ? The one's accepting what these clowns are doing ,, raping the club , community and Fans and generally running the Club into the Ground are total fools , we wont have a Club soon if its down to them , i accept a few may think differently , ive been the same in the past , in all honesty though ive never known a situation as bad as it is now , I fear for our Club ❤

Well to those pathetic apologists, they say fans are turning their backs on the club when it needs their support more than ever before.
Ohh and apparently its clever and witty to post things on here, like good riddance to us all, and we can all sod off etc. 😴

What they refuse to ask or accept though is WHY have so many lifelong fans finally decided that they've had enough.
They've had to make this awful decision which can't have been easy, and that means not going to see their hometown club anymore, for the forseeable future.
It shows summat is seriously wrong here now, but maybe some of them just want to be able to say at least they stayed with the club until it went out of business.
Well, they just might be getting their wish. 😡

Yes it will be tough in league one but when you look at the current top 7 including sheffield Wednesday its not too daunting if we can learn from mistakes of this season & set on a manager who can get the best out of the players as Ismael did last season.

Its impossible to predict how we will cope when we have no idea what our team will be in august but if we do retain woodrow & morris (who may be seen as an injury risk to potential buyers) we would have a front two equal to any in the league. A new solid centre back to replace the likely departing Helik would bolster kitchin,Andersen, williams & brittain (and Vita if we take up the option to buy him). Midfield is the worry but competitive midfielders at league one level are attainable & of course we already have one on our books in herbie kane if he returns. The next 3 or 4 months will indicate the future of the club for next season & beyond.

Thats a lot of IF's Ponty!.
And thats right, none of us really have a clue what the new seasons squad will look like in Jul-Aug.
If the owners are willing to change a few things and maybe even keep hold of some of those better players, then we might have a good chance actually.
But its the finances that worry me and just how close we might be to admin. We're going to lose a lot of money through lack of tv revenue and ST's being down. And if they still refuse to lift a finger and not spend a bit of their wealth on building the team, I think theres going to be worse times ahead.

And those finances need to stretch to employing a joiner to knock some more holes in the west stand so they can close it!

Tha dunt need a crystal ball to see that unless we can cobble a team of Busby babes together, it's gonna be a difficult season to say the least.

If we go into next season having only lost Helik then I'd expect us to be around the top 6. That ain't gonna happen though. The club will need every penny to survive having lost 8 million tv revenue and another 2m due to decrease in season ticket holders. I'd expect never to see Woodrow, Morris, Styles, Helik, Anderson or Collins laik another game for Tarn after this season has ended. The club will take whatever they can get for em and we start next season with a pub team.

That might be why they've offered Dev it short term, and possibly beyond.
The first team could well be a mix of youngsters and a few loans or free transfers etc.
Actually the more I think about it, Im dreading what the squad is going to look like.
If only we'd prepared for the season more sensibly. I wonder what (if any at all) effort they made to tempt Ismael and Mowatt to stay. And the rest of it has just fallen apart with one bad decision after another.

Thats true there are a lot of IF's in my post & say it could be the August until we really know what's what. I watched Sheff Wednesday v Wycombe on TV with some Wednesday fans on Saturday & the standard was poor for clubs that are 6th & 7th in league one, so that gave me some hope as we shouldn't forget there is a gap in standard between championship & league one.
Also we have squad that is too large and also a large wage bill of 14.3m per year which includes a lot of unnecessary costs that presumably will be reduced for some of the savings. I would expect us to retain Walton, Kitching, Andersen, Brittain & Williams in defence which isn't a bad starting point for league one with a few more additions at centre back & left back. but what happens in midfield will make us or break us.
