Not a Ted apologist but...

It could be worse. we could be grinding out draws and points like Big Sam, Pulis or one of his ilk. The one thing that Jesse has done is be able to recruit young talent and in some cases actually play them. candidly, we would have a really hard time getting Adams, Perkins, Summervile, Sinistera or Gnonto. I s8spect that someday there will be quite a few players on this squad that will have done well for themselves in the Prem. It's a very good young team. If the stakes weren't so high staying up it would be worth it to see if this team developed into a Prem and Champions league power.

I do wonder if some world class coach wouldn't be interested in taking this team to the next level. It's a very, very good base of talent and with the 49's behind them they'd have resources and marketing.
