Not very poetic by my ode to our beloved manager

jesse is a numpty
He wears a Yankee hat
He has no use for tactics
Or other stuff like that

jesse likes to talk a lot
It often makes no sense
He uses words like clarity
It makes him just look dense

Jesse does not trust our youth
for him they play no part
The fans we all are fearful
That some may well depart

When it comes to making subs
Jesse is a ****
His reading of the game
Just makes him look a prat

So it is with much regret
Jesse should be dropped
And whilst he is on his way
Some others should be chopped

He can't play all of them, no matter how good everyone thinks Drameh etc is

For me, Marsch is simply not good enough for the Premier League. That's it. He hasn't got the players playing well enough in a system which can succeed in the Premier League.

Get it right, he had 1 appearance for West Ham. Drameh isn't good enough, he has never looked good enough.

Gelhardt I agree and Hjelde was injured for ages, best to loan him out.

We play far more youth than anyone, there is a reason kids join us, so this nonsense that he doesn't play them is ridiculous, you can't play an entire kids team, look how **** they looked against Cardiff, do we want that against say Man City? No.

Sometimes but depends on the team and the strength in depth in positions.

Some coaches actively give young players decent game time when the pressure is off - we don’t seem to.

Also left back - it was obvious Struijk can’t play there comfortably but their Hjelde has. He didn’t even get a single minute.

When Bamf and Sinnesterra were injured Joffy’s lack of game time was staggering imo. He saved us with some of his assists last season - he just needs to play regularly.

When Ayling was injured and Rasmus was playing crap the chaos clown was talking up Cody but never played him.

Perkins who I said has a start not multiple starts for Spam was on fire at the beginning of the season and yet sees no game time - surely the time to give him time.

Gnonto I covered above but Captain Chaos stated he wasn’t ready.

I have been to games this season where Jesse clearly reads and sees the game differently judging by who he takes off and who he brings on. Don’t think he has the skills to be a premier league manager beyond being able to speak well in motivation babble speak.

Given he folllows Bielsa who was very clear about tactics, spotting a player and what he wanted some of the players must be secretly thinking who the f is this joker.
