    It could be done by turning the pitch 90 degrees (now north west to south east) to north east to south west.That would mean that the ends the goals were at would have stands smaller than the present east stand but the new stands along both pitch sides could be huge.

    One arguement against that would be that for the extent of the rebuild we would have to ground share with either Blunderland or the Smoggies.

    We would have to play somewhere else while major works of that extent were taking place. they would take 18 months to two years to complete.

    For me, that's about 80 billion arguments against.

    Boro is too small and too far.

    As for the Bingalow of Shite...way too much potemtial for trouble.

    I would imagine the only viable groundshare would be Gateshead Stadium with a lot of temporary stands. Even then, we'd be cutting our attendances in half, you'd think.

    Not sure what the answer is, tbh.

    1. Remove the Leazes park, preserve it.
    2. Rebuild St james there
    3. Rebuild Leazes park where st james is today.
