One of the Billionaires stepsons clearly isn't too upset he attended a Blink 182 concert the other night. When queried about it he replied "what am I supposed to do? Sit it and watch the telly?"

Seemingly the ****age boy on the thing is a student at Glasgow University and it was brought up at PMQs today. That's two inexplicable decisions he's made in his short life - why would the son of a billionaire go to Glasgow rather than buying his way into an OxBridge / St. Andrews school? And why would he choose to go to 3,800m depth in a tin can the size of a transit van? Must've been thick as ****.
He is actually a student at the University of Strathclyde’s Business Scotland.

As soon as I heard about this it reminded me about the Russian submarine the Coruisk which ended up on the sea bed with all lives being lost despite an attempted rescue by the Russians who only belatedly accepted offers of help from the international community.

It looks like the vessel imploded, probably the best scenario as would not have known about it.

Looks like this one seems to have imploded instantly at an unknown depth - potentially up to 3,800m - the five POB will have likely known nothing about it. If it was at the full depth the pressure would have been around 6,000psi and the vessel will most likely have been crushed completely in a fraction of a second.

The Kursk was stranded at 108m depth after an initial explosion on board and some of them were alive for some time after a further series of explosions. The survivors of the blasts will have suffered for some considerable time.

Similar occurrences in some ways but it would have been a lot worse for those on board The Kursk than those on The Titan.

They're still calling them explorers on the news tonight, they're thrill seekers not explorers. Mad thrill seekers at that.
