Some fowk have a different mindset,I get that. Thing is they obviously know the dangers before going down there.
Unfortunately it looks like they are gonna pay the highest price for trying it.

They call themselves 'explorers' - they're not explorers because the Titanic's been found and no further exploration is feasible at this point in time. They're rich, bored thrill seekers. Death isn't a thrill as far as I know; but then I've never been there.

Seemingly the ****age boy on the thing is a student at Glasgow University and it was brought up at PMQs today. That's two inexplicable decisions he's made in his short life - why would the son of a billionaire go to Glasgow rather than buying his way into an OxBridge / St. Andrews school? And why would he choose to go to 3,800m depth in a tin can the size of a transit van? Must've been thick as ****.

And to be fair, you'd have to be pretty thick to do that trip. Is it even regulated?

Try and deflect all you want but it was a pretty crass comment from you, but not altogether unexpected.

If you’re interested, looks like they’ve died. But hey ho, they had money so in your world they deserved it for being fûckiñg stupid with it.

If yer travel insurance doesn't cover paragliding it's certainly no going to cover this. They remind me of they daft rich c&nts who go out shooting giraffes and elephants.

A completely unnecessary and exceptionally high risk trip. Not saying they deserved to die (as some would have you believe) however they knew the risk was very, very high and they signed several pieces of paper that waived responsibility for any consequences, including fatal consequences. No insurance will pay out of course but then they were billionaires so their surviving relatives will mourn their passing but won't exactly struggle without them.

Not happy to see these people die but find it very difficult to find much sympathy for them, you pays your money you takes your chance, my sympathy lies with their families. Let's hope lessons are learned and nobody else ever sets up a hair brained 'tourism' scheme like this.
