New Goalkeeping Coach

Must admit I find it strange that there's been nothing on the official site about his departure.

We usually say "thank you for your services and best wishes for the future".

Tom clearly expresses his emotions of leaving a club that he appears to have relished working for on his announcement on X and there are lots of supportive responses from folk including some who must have known him personally. No-one has posted anything negative and yet, as you say, not even the merest "Tom leaves with our best wishes" from the club.

Curious and just a bit disconcerting.

Well it's always a good thing to work with people you know and trust and until we see how the new keeper (if we ever get one) performs we can't really judge this appointment (but how do you benchmark his input?).

I’m guessing something not too good happened with TW as it’s certainly not like the club not to acknowledge someone leaving, even if they just thought he wasn’t good enough I’m pretty sure they would have posted something.

Isn't it ****ing obvious we need TWO NEW GOALKEEPERS at the club? Not another goalkeeping coach nobody has ever heard of !

They are not going to turn those two muppets into brilliant goalkeepers during the pre season.

We are going nowhere except DOWN.

Another Muppet on the pay role nobody has ever heard of then.

You could put Peter Shilton,Pat Jennings,Gordon Banks,Lev Yashin etc. on as Goalkeeper coach.They won't be able to teach those two ****s to catch a ball,distribute it,talk to the defense or organise it.

What a total waste of money.
