    Cash in on him, it's in all parties best interest.

    He won't want to play here after the way Kompany through him under the bus, last season and the abuse he took from some fans.

    If certain sections of our fan base had have vented their abuse as much to the manager as they did Trafford, the board might have sacked Kompany last xmas and we might still be a Premier league club now

    We certainly should not be letting him go without us making a tidy profit. We have bills to pay.

    I never said we should give him away.

    If Newcastle offer is true, we should hold out for a higher offer

    They are cheeky sods are Newcastle, they got Pope for next to nowt because we needed the money, I hope we are not in the same boat now.

    At least we dry bummed them with the Wood sale.

    12th top scorer in the PL playing for a team that almost got relegated, Newcastle got what they paid for but Eddie didn't know how to use him properly.

    They didn’t buy wood for his goals - they bought him to de rail us - no other reason.
