You can’t rent it to anyone for more than 28 nights.

You then need proof of funds transfer between you and these other guests and proof it’s gone through your accounting process and had tax paid on it, if not, you’ve got HMRC on your case.

It’s all doable Dave, it’s my own fault for thinking we’d hit the 182 nights and not need to get creative.

I’m going to put it up for sale anyway as that’ll make it Council Tax exempt for 12 months.
