    To be honest Warmy, I haven't noticed anyone on here moaning about this signing yet.

    I think it is a brilliant signing.Just watched his interview and he obviously likes to do his talking on the pitch which appeals to me.He was very underated at Newcastle-I distinctly remember some of his long passes and through balls splitting our defence and running our lot ragged back in the Dyche era.
    We despersately need a bit of steel with quality in the midfield.UTC!

    In his interview he said one of the criticisms against him was that he was lazy, of course he said he wasn't, but I never thought he was lazy, nor do I remember anyone ever claiming he was. I must have missed something.

    Not really, he got holed up in India until 1947 after fighting the Japs in Burma and spent a lot of his time in a library in Calcutta. He was not fond of Mountbatten I can tell you!
