    His elder relatives still own and control the business and they have processing plants all over the world. Including in America.

    Can?t answer for the OP, but as you say and is happening looks like pain for everyone including the average American worker.
    That said, if he is playing the long game, which is has been forgotten by politicians in the west then I take my hat off to him.
    America is skint, massive debts. Can?t just keep kicking the down the road, printing more money.
    Takes a brave man to tackle it.

    Russia exports virtually nothing now apart from oil and gas, chuck a bit of wheat in.
    This hasn?t changed much from before the war too.
