20,000 people who watch our great team week in week out ,are not naive. But they are realistic.
How much patience does everyone need to endure.? This is a long running problem which has yet to be solved. We may yet be watching and waiting for scraps to appear on our Premiership plate. Players contracts are usually renewed after June, when a lot of them expire and players become free agent, to go where they like. Well,to me it appears that none of these players ,are taking a liking ,to our mill town in East Lancashire.
Your last paragraph sums it up. At least you and the rest of us out here, think the outcome will be the sam, come next May. I will be patient over the next few weeks - I have no choice.
Strangely enough, I quite enjoy the championship. Mainly because VAR hasn?t ruined it yet.
Do you think Pace wants to have a chance of proving everyone wrong and staying up this season ? The next 4 weeks will give you and me a fair idea of what the answer will be.

I like Foster and you have to remember he?s only 24 so can still improve. He was a kid when he first played for Orlando Pirates (who we played a couple of weeks ago) and back then was touted then as one of the best young players in the world - there?s potential he may yet achieve.
He has the talent if Parker can bring it out.

Add Cajuste, Johnstone & Sargant to the squad and we have a chance, if not we are gone. One thing is for certain we have the right quality of players to defend but we are threadbare in midfield and up top.

Now Pace has been Barcelonafied will he even give a $hit about Burnley?

Our American quarterback has been dreaming of running a club for quite a while?

    You are the nieve one.
By your above comments you would think world class strikers grow on trees and you can pick them up for a few quid.

I've got news for you. We won't be signing a world class striker, because we don't have the 50 milly, minimum required, and most certainly can't afford his salary.

We will be waiting until late in the window to hopefully pick up some quality scraps. Fingers crossed they come off, if not back down to the championship 😉
You were right for once ballcock Broja it is.

Foster is just a passenger, he didn't impress in the Championship so what chance in the prem? He's like vydra, promising much but delivering little, added to which he's accident prone. Time for damage limitation.

He was never a quarterback Will. I can tell you with a clear certainty you would not want to be tackled by him.

Vydra had some fantastic touches built into his game, Foster does not.

Foster plays like he wears 2 eye patches, not one

Told you all to be patient, because Alan always comes up with the goods

Fans saying the best window ever, well I have my reservations.

Fitness is my biggest concern. Dubrovnik (goalie) has a shoulder injury. Hartman RCL recovery, along with Broja who has hardly kicked a ball in 3 years. Then we have Walker who is 36, and the Ipswich lad who is suing United for negligence, over a long term injury

I will pass my judgement in the New Year
