They?ve brought this on themselves - again!

Overpaying players, trebling their salary, giving them huge contracts as soon as they join, rather than earning it with performances for their new team.

They are on 250-300k per week and it doesn?t matter if they perform or not, they get it for the next 5-6 years.

They can even P off the manager if they really don?t want to play

This isn?t all down to the players, Amorim has got away with ostracising players who have a difference in opinion to him.

That does not make a good manager, he was playing square pegs in round holes last season and the guys that stood up to him have a bad attitude and are part of the rot.

Or could they see that Amorims way wasn?t working and never was? He is more and more coming across as weak - cannot handle criticism, wanting to walk away, cannot adapt his game.

All in all, it?s a bit of everything, players, manager, sporting director, board

I just hope it?s not a quick fix
