    Yes they are, start at 200c for 20mins then turn it down to 170,160 till its done. Enjoy mate.Cook it breast down then turn it over for the last half hour.Keep basting it.

    The capon was delicious. Very tasty and moist. Leftovers went in a curry on Boxing Day and 2 chicken, gammon, leek and cheese pies.

    Glad you enjoyed the Capon, I would never get anything else at Christmas.Have a look round in September for a good frozen one the price should be a lot cheaper.

    I took your advice on the Turkey crown mate.
    My 1st Christmas cooking after 57 years married,
    Turkey, pork & beef was perfect, with the added
    Veg, with a good gravy made.
    Everyone happy & enjoyed ihe food, even my Wife said I was a good cook.
    Well She has had to accept my cooking since coming out of hospital, & for longer, until She returns to a fuller health.
