O/T Fancy cooking Christmas dinner in Perth Australia

It could be 106f - 108f on Christmas Day. Looks like going on the barbecue.

Probably the best city I've ever visited. The cricketers will be glad the test got postponed with those temperatures.

Snow forecast here for Christmas with temperatures dipping as low as 6-8f (-15c) overnight early next week. Only 100 degrees less than Perth

Agree with that. I prefer Perth to Sydney or Brisbane.

    Fabulous park there

There’s the added excitement though of taking a dip in the Indian Ocean and risking a shark attack.

Ah, Scarborough beach, Perth. I must admit the attractions there were much better than the ones on display in our own Scarborough.

Perth is an odd place. Seems to be where many itinerants settle. (You’ll find more white Trinidadians there than anywhere else - after they were kicked out in the early sixties when T and T became independent.)

My brother lives there and he fits in well.
