The damage is already done. Incompetence at all levels,
    Manager incompetent.
    Players incompetent (most)
The running and funding of the club incompetent.

But we can?t leave a manager in charge who is for my mind one of the worst we?ve ever had.
His persistence with the system is beyond stupid? Arrogant and logic

I know I’ll get pelters for this, but Matt Hamshaw is trying his best with the budget and tools he’s been allowed to bring in.

Blame for all this lies with Tony Stewart, even back in 96/97 when we hardly won a game and went down with a whimper was the focus on the terrible management, it was vented at the correct cause in the booths who witheid any cash to give us a chance. Some of you need to have a word with yourselves, Tony Stewart may have got himself a new shiney stadium but he owns it just like the booths owned millmoor and he will never relinquish it like the booths haven’t.

    STEWARTS OUT.

I said several months ago the dumplings in the dugout are taking us down and that we need a new goalkeeper. I'm still right.
    Bad ref today.

A new record for us in league 1. I totally get about TS and the way the club is run but no matter how many times the MH lovers try and make out we are unreasonable wanting him sacked. He makes Chief Wiggum look intelligent his decisions and tactics are just pathetic. He is taking us down if that’s acceptable because he’s from Rotherham and some people love him then don’t accuse TS of lacking ambition when as supporters you accept relegation because it’s this person in charge. He’s not a manager.

The next few home games are big games now.........utm
Agreed. I'm certain the plan is to keep Matt in place regardless.

TS tried chucking cash at the club and it hasn't worked out, so the cheque book is now firmly closed.

    We have to accept it.

Truth be told, from the 25th minute pep talk we looked better than we have for some months and could easily have drawn this game against one of the front-runners.

We leak a lot of goals, his way of tackling that is to change personnel not approach and tactics, that is plain stupidity. Why he does it I have no idea but he has to accept the consequences of his decisions. Should have gone weeks ago, he is clueless. I genuinely think if you gave him three top young players from City or Arsenal he wouldn't keep us up. I think he will be given the next two games as they are so critical and then they will decide. I agree with the criticism of TS and the other awful senior management, and I do think it is about saving money.
