Losing to two relegation fodder teams in the space of 4 days shows how good we really are.
Huddersfield and Bolton next up. Lose those and it?s bottom 4 for Boxing Day.

Our last two games we seem a bit disjointed. Our passing & free kicks when we get on top are wasted. When Gore goes we are going to be in big trouble.

if we?re weaker after the January window then L2 will be beckoning. Feel for MH having to work with a small injury riven squad

The whole thing is a shambles.
    The manager isn’t good enough.
    The players aren’t good enough.
    The club is stagnant
Tepid and weak from top to bottom

We are in trouble because we do not have any fit strikers and Hugill gives us nothing, he couldn?t score a goal if he was on the pitch on his own, he would end up fouling the corner flag, Ayres did more than he has done in two games. People still on about play-offs after Wednesday night are delusional, we are two points above relegation and most teams below us have a game in hand. It would be a miracle if we got a win against Bolton and very unlikely to beat Huddersfield (gore suspended as well after a stupid foul !,) so we have to realise we are fighting to avoid relegation this season. A huge factor is the injuries catching up with us, shocking recruitment signing injury prone players like Benson and Etete. We have to play James at left wing back if MH insists on this formation, Powell is no wing back and we miss his work rate and touch in the centre when he is stuck out there. Not recruiting cover for James was a huge mistake and a lot on here said that at the time. For me though the blame sits at board level, allowing his mate to waste money and then slashing the budget and not making enough funds available to bring in a out of contract player when we were on a decent run. These so called executive leaders have let contract after contract run down and they are doing it again with Powell, I expect an awful January window, and the result of which will be a scrap to stay out of the bottom six and knowing TS he will blame MH and end his reign in a panic to stay in the league. Two defeats to bottom four teams is terrible, but it is about to get worse.

Unfortunately Matt fetched a few of those in,we need a leader on the pitch a mister motivator. We are very predictable at times.

I just knew when we went one down there was no chance of us getting anything from the game. Losing has become accepted.
    I see Stevenage won again.
Alex Revell is the manager we should have hired.
I await all the corrections from those in self denial.
Injuries, transition, low investment and the rest.
Stevenage have had all the above

Nothing will improve until Stewart goes. The big worry is how much irreparable damage will have been done before that happens. The chairman’s get out clause is usually to change the manager. Can’t imagine he’ll sanction any spending in January .
