Second half we played well but couldn’t convert our chances.
The damage was done first half when Cabango foolishly handled the ball, blatant hand ball in front of the ref, and the game changed in their favour. How Vipotnik missed those two chances is anybody’s guess.
We move on but very frustrated that we threw that match away. We had them on the ropes at the end.

70% possession and we couldn’t make it count, 14 shots on goal as well.
Some of that first half defending was woeful though. Whatever was said in the dressing room at half-time certainly worked. Galbraith went off at half-time, replaced by Key, same old, good going forward but weak at defending.

Here we go boys same old thing we can’t finish teams off and always an individual mistake each game that’s costly.
Hull were depleted by injury yet we gifted them the lead. The truth is the squad is not good enough, we can’t play to the same standard for 90 minutes rotating the players, why doesn’t he pick his best players each match instead of juggling the team.
We can’t sustain the type of football he wants us to play through the whole match. It also leaves us open on the flanks to the counter.
Galbraith was exposed at right-back yesterday, maybe because he was carrying a knock.
Key is still out of form and the player brought in, Ward, is not match fit after being out of work since last summer and lacks pace anyway at his age. Our two centre-backs also lack pace and young Casey, who had pace to burn, returned home after not being given any game time..
We need a different strategy in away games, we are too open. We have won only one match in six away games under Matos, just 3 points from 18, relegation form.

Another whole week on the training field boys before the Watford away match next Saturday, let’s be having you.
Matos and his coaching team have their hands full to get this team winning matches away from their home comfort zone.
