This is the answer really. Keep our best players in the team/squad and we should win enough games to go up. Without them it?s play offs at best. So tight down to 9th

Apologies if duplications occur. I?ve just had to post this 3 times?

Felt strange going to bed in a good mood, last night, and waking up, this morning, happy and contented. The icing on the cake was that Stags interview! A good night all round. COYPs

I thought you looked a team who were pretty low on confidence first half , if we had got 1 I suspect you might have folded but we lacked that bit of quality or final pass to finish it off .

Second half no complaints you deserved the win on that I thought we looked shot and you got stronger and there was only 1 winner .

Our pitch is the worst it's ever been it always used to be top notch I'm not sure what's happened but it's not helpful for anyone or makes it easy for a free flowing game .

Good luck for the rest of the season

Very gracious. Good luck yourself Steve. I hope you go up but only if Notts do.

Still need somebody decent in case of further injury. I still remember last season but he was playing behind our ?new defence? last might.

Have to bring in a decent keeps whether Slocombe starts or not. He?s been a great servant to the club, no throwing his toys out the pram being made No2 and it sounds like from the interview he?s a positive influence around the club.

We are only allowed to bring in an emergency keeper outside the windows if a club has no fit senior goalies

A small upside to Bass getting injured might be that we acknowledge Slocombe isnt very comfortable with the ball at his feet and we do less fannying about with it at the back.

With Didzy back and AJ up front getting it forward earlier could work as we saw last night.

Actually I think we should do more of that at home games against teams who just sit very deep waiting for us to make mistakes while we slowly play the ball around in front of them
That's what all the recent visiting teams have done and we have to admit it's worked for them
It will make things a lot less boring and the home fans won't be groaning in frustration as the 15th pass keeping possession is back to our keeper

By my count Sam has only started for us once this season outside the EFL trophy and so isn't counted as a senior goalkeeper.
