We need to bring in someone with a winning mentality, someone who knows the British game and sets teams out to win rather to not concede. I suggested Igor purely because he is fresh in the mind but I'm sure there would be other managers who carry the same qualities as him and would bring a freshness and excitement to Aberdeen again.
Fair enough about Steve Clarke, the ship has most probably sailed with him but it should still be an option to ask him if we did do the unthinkable and part ways with McInnes.
As for Jack Ross, I don't see it myself, as has been written on here about his time at Sunderland he hasn't exactly performed miracles down there, rather he's under-performed it appears. Does he tick the winning mentality, setting teams out to win, bringing freshness and excitement boxes??? I have no idea but I'd wager not purely due to his team still being in the 1st division rather than getting promoted with a healthy wage bill relative to the other teams in the league.
