An appointment of an U23 coach from a championship club fits the philosophy of the club developing young players with a good education from higher leagues. Plus Luke Tidsdale or anyone else of that ilk will have knowledge of young players around the U23 scene at higher levels so it makes sense if that’s the way the club is going to operate. Maybe the owners are behind the hoax so that fans will be relieved rather than disgusted when they announce somebody only slightly better qualified.
It says a lot for what we've become over the past 4 years that people have taken this guy's name seriously. I'd still not be that shocked if it turned out to be true.
