Per MT looks like he’d can use the skilled worker expedited service? He’s skilled and 1200 is small price to pay.

I think he’s going to do well. He’s a hired gun that likes to fix things. Most industries have those and specialists are hard to come by and a different breed. Normally Ego is not the driving force. Fixing the problem is. May be perfect for us. He won’t be a long term hire most likely

    Fingers crossed Spaldy.

Pages 6/7 of FA rules regarding a £5,000 hearing of the Exceptions panel relevant.

That last bit is key, players have been played out of position for almost the last calendar year (and in some positions a bit before), and not many of us have worked out why (other than the LB situation, that none of us can figure our why it hasn't been resolved a LONG time ago). If Gracia can correct the stupidity of playing round pegs in square holes and exploit (in the best possible way) the skills that we know our squad has, then he might, just might, make us competitive again, we will see.

I agree with all of this mate.

Me to a tee….”he can’t be worse then JM, he can, but we are hoping he isn’t” . I want to see players playing in positions they are comfortable with, and I want to see formations and tactics used and changed when needed. I haven’t the answers why this hasn’t happened. Subs and reshuffling seems a lifetime away, I’ve almost forgotten when this happened last…and worked.

Jury is out with this chap as we won't know until he's had a few games but his credentials in the Premiership are decent enough for me to think he could save us from the dreaded drop.

At Watford he did pretty well , gave them a cup final and an 8th placed finish in the table - feeling from the Watford fans is he wasn't backed the following season and they struggled to compete and he was sacked - worth mentioning that they have sacked some pretty decent managers over the last 10yrs like Brendan Rodgers , Marco Silva , Sean Dyche Claudio Ranieri etc.

Part of me thinks we should be grateful he has took the job on given the state we are in and the numpties who are running the show.

WoW Rev, I hadn’t noticed all the managers what has gone through Watford. Agree mate some decent names there.

I’m sure there was a bit a jostling between the two parties before anything was signed. Keeps us up and be rewarded with a half decent contract as I said….also a healthy bonus? Not sure if it doesn’t work out this next couple month how that would pan out. I’m sure it was hashed out.

If it works out perhaps he may get a better contract from the 49ers.

However, yet again, it shows was a monumental cluster-f00k this managerial appointment has been, and how f00king incompetent the upper echelons at LUFC have to be to "manage" to butt-f00k LUFC for the ump****th time.

Whether we survive in the PL or not, Radrizzani, Kinnear and most of all Orta should be dispensd with.
Correct it's fecking embarrasing to say the least - being the laughing stock of the league - again!! giving opposition fans the amunition to sing that old favorite - Leeds are falling apart again.... and all we can do is suck it up ffs

Few Watford fans at work including STH - all speak highly of him and sad to see him go. Owners appear to make Cellino look relatively restrained too in hiring and firing too.
