1st I mind was the '70 won, but only collecting the coins that the garage behind my grandparent's house had to give away with petrol. We had them all, no idea where they went.

1st I watched was the '74, but not much of it. '78 was the 1st one I really took interest in

The 1st one I went to was '98 in Paris. Currently it looks like it'll be the last too. As someone above said, if you get the chance, go! It's a brilliant thing to do, all fun, all booze, all fitba, nae hassle. Ace! Just a pity we may not qualify again in my lifetime

hey mate i got them coins ( to this day ) they were from texaco i think

born in 68 so this will be my 12th.

first one i remember is argentina 78, loved the theme tune, but didnt watch many games, just the scotland games and the final.

also loved the mexico 86 theme tune.

my favourite world cups were 82, was in spain for much of it and the atmosphere was great, also liked 86, was also in spain for 2 weeks of it.

italia 90 wasnt as good, and didnt really enjoy the last 3 world cups as much as previous ones.
