    re: Mac and Hughes

Hughes is the best at timing his tackles in the midfield imo.

The amount of times he comes round the side and pinches it, just through intelligence is good enough for me.

His slides are always well-timed as well. He has to learn to pick the times to give the tempo more pace better though.

Hendrick and Ward/Dawkins are constantly interchanging, as were Best and Martin when Best came on.

I think we're purposefully changing it up to confuse opponents/man markers.

I feel the reason Dawkins first half was a bit poor, was the fact that you don't get as much time in the middle to dribble and pass as you do 1 v 1 on the wing. He'll get there though, especially of we keep switching like we do. I feel he's just a second off the pace when he drifts in.

Our best winger in the coming months imo

Personally I agree but I cant see SM playing with out the wide men, Ward, Dawkins or Russell.
Horses for courses though. I feel we might be a little too predictable this season.

We have been predictable in both matches. That is why Hughes must play further forward. I would have Hughes Bryson Hendrick swapping around behind Martin and any of the other strikers, who now would stay closer to Martin because the full backs do the wide stuff.

I'm not sure who the last one would be. Dawkins is a bit off it right now, Wards passing is suspect Best looks good but not really seen him yet. On balance I would go for Russell (or our forgotten man Connor Sammon)
