    Virtually wasp-free this summer which was great.
    We did have a bumble bee nest in the wall cavity which didn't create any aggro . Nice to see them flying in and out.
    This morning , however , I did see an absolutely enormous wasp (2 or 3X normal wasp size) buzzing outside the window. Is there a new super wasp ( Premier wasp perhaps or a euro wasp)... bet it packs a nasty sting.

    Being a naturist (DYSWIDT?) Kitey you should know it is not good news though. Waps may be a pest but they do a valuable job in ecologimical terms. Waps play a ***** role controlling numbers of more prolific groups of invertebrates, including many pests of plants and commercial crops. So they are good dudes, not bad dudes and we should be loving not tw@tting them. The biggun you saw was probably a young queen (SoDo take note).

    Northney Farm tea rooms on Hayling did have a wasp around our table this afternoon.. But no longer.
