"Evidence was given by these two players, the referee, the Aberdeen captain, Mark Reynolds, the Aberdeen manager, Derek McInnes, and the Celtic assistant manager, John Collins. The panel also had before them the referee’s report of having the matter drawn to his attention, the statements of Logan, Reynolds and McInnes, and the statement of the Aberdeen Football Operations Manager, Steven Gunn. In addition they viewed four video clips reflecting events in the match.
[3] The Judicial Panel issued their determination and the Written Reasons therefor on 6 November 2014. They held it established that the appellant did direct the expression “black c***” at Logan and decided to impose a sanction of a seven-match suspension."

Looks like an open and shut case from this. The word of Reynolds and McInnes as well as video clips. Looks like Tonev did indeed call him a "black c***".

Presumably that's the end of it and he's not going to try for the Court of Arbitration in Sport or summat. Now for

There is no proof, it would be thrown out of any court in the land.

And you wonder why everyone thinks Celtic are strange...
Lets be honest here, the only guys in denial are the rabid sheep who want a guys character assassinated based on hearsay and probably a large dollop of bitterness towards Celtic. I have always said Tonev isnt our player, he's on loan, we could have dumped him back tae Aston Villa and have done with it, but it would have meant accepting that one player has the right tae ruin anothers, purely based on his word. IMO, we are heading down a dangerous road when "balance of probabilities" is the only evidence.

It's only contradictory if you don't know what 'contradictory' means.
