I think the chairman of the judicial appeal panel was thinking of some morons on this board when he wrote the following...
"the Appellate Tribunal also note that to date the terms of the Written Reasons of the Disciplinary Tribunal have remained confidential. The Appellate Tribunal are not aware of any particular reason why that should be so in this case. There has inevitably been ill-informed speculation about the
reasons for the Disciplinary Tribunal deciding to uphold the complaint and impose a seven-match suspension."

I've now read the whole judgment - it's a slam dunk for Logan against Tonev.
It was not a 'word against word' case as Deila claimed it to be at all - the tribunal looked at the video footage and they had evidence from the ref and other witnesses.
Celtic claim not to tolerate racism but their continued support for Tonev in light of this hammering they took from the appeal panel suggests otherwise.
Shame on them.
