Delighted to see that this young player was reportedly MOTM today, having kept Pogba in his pocket all afternoon.

And astonished, returning to this ancient thread after a few weeks, to find that when I sprang to the defence of Leigh, I was accused of mischief. Why, I had expressed my support of him on a separate thread, thereby causing another poster to hang up his mouse in disgust. Off with his head!

Such was never my intention. It seemed, though, that he has been more promising and reliable than George Evans, who returned to little effect with another side quite recently. And against said side, of course, there was his 'worldy'.

Yes, he had a bad couple of games but so has every other player but one thing id =s for sure, he has improved tremendously over the season. As proved yesterday, he can now play as a left back as well as being an effective wing-back. Sign him if possible.
