Look Stan if people on this forum hate your manager then this is for a reason and there is nothing you can do to change our minds.
He is smug, bad mouths other players and teams.
There are not many people on this planet I dislike but I'm afraid your manager is one of them.
As for integrity let's see how you feel about Dyche's integrity when the love affair between club and manager disintegrates.
When he leaves for Blackburn for more money!
Only integrity in football managers is cash!

The thing is maybe he is happier at a smaller club in the prem?

I'm not here to change your mind, I'm here to point out how much of a child you are.

Not that it needs pointing out because the evidence is clear cut.

'He is smug, bad mouths other players and teams'

Wrong. He makes a point of never doing that.

    Keep on hating, it's hilarious.

I really don't get all the dislike for the guy on here to be honest.

As far as anyone knows he's not a murderer, or a child molester, he doesn't beat up little old ladies, or steal charity collection boxes. Just because some people don't seem to like the nature of his personality, well to be quite frank - who cares?

Football managers should be judged by the job, not whether we'd like them round for tea. Dyche has done an incredible job and not just at Burnley either.

What he achieved at Watford was nothing short of miraculous, given that they were financial trouble at the time and had to sell their best players to keep the club rolling until a buyer could be found. And he nearly got them into the play offs that season when most teams in that sort of situation would be expected to be fighting relegation.

Then he goes to Burnley and gets them promoted through the auto's.

I think he's proven himself to be an astonishing manager, Burnley are bloody lucky to have him. If ever they do

You see that's an opinion based on something, a favourable opinion though it must be said. I certainly don't expect all Derby fans to have the same opinion or a favourable one about Dyche.

Not liking his voice, don't think he'd be a good fit at Derby and not liking his style, they're all fair enough opinions as well.

The question mark over Dyche when he leaves is will he be able to manage a club who have plenty of money, players and staff. So far he's only managed two clubs who haven't had a pot to **** in and small squads, so would he be able to manage silly brat players or plenty of money.

I think that you would have him around for tea Ramondo because he's one humorous chap.

I said I'd like him as manager.

But round for tea? He's 'Ginger' ffs. That would never do, what would the neighbours think?

Of course everyone is entitled to an opinion, but like you say when someone uses words like 'loathe' and 'hate' because of things he said after the game (see link) then there opinion isn't worth a light.

I can't quite see what he said wrong anyway, I too would have been disappointed if I was a Derby fan.

OTR - Honesty and integrity are real personality and character flaws aren't they? [/quote]

It was a tongue in cheek comment :/

They'll be thinking... Looks like McClaren is off to Newcastle and Ramondo is trying to get that handsome strawberry blonde chap from Burnley to be next manager. I hope that he cooks him something nice.

    Now now DamoDamo.

If you notice the ones who childishly hate Dyche and Burnley on this thread don't have that many posts.

I've found more often than not that the majority on here have been quite complimentary about Burnley and the way we have done things.

Sooner Derby than Boro or Watford surely?
